-Elac Seabeam 1050D multibeam echosounder

The ELAC SEABEAM 1050D multibeam probe is an echo sounder used mainly to perform bathymetries (cartographies of the seabed). This Echo sounder consists of two transducers (50 and 180 kHz) located in the hull of the ship, in addition to an Octopus F-180 reference unit, which acts as motion sensor. The maximum depth at 50 kHz is 3000 meters, while at 180 kHz the maximum depth is 600 meters.
